What we collect
When you purchase and complete a Career MOT assessment, we collect personal and professional information you submit — including name, email, mobile number, job details, LinkedIn URL, resume, salary expectations, and career challenge responses.
Payment is processed by Razorpay. We store payment status and transaction references; we do not store your full card or UPI credentials.
How we use your data
- To generate your personalised Career MOT report using AI
- To email your payment confirmation and final report
- To provide access to your report via secure links
- To notify our team when a new paid assessment is submitted
- To improve our assessment and coaching services
AI processing
Your assessment data and resume may be sent to Google Gemini (or another configured AI provider) solely to generate your Career MOT report. Do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing for this purpose.
Retention & security
We retain assessment records, resumes, and generated reports in our secure database for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet business or legal obligations. Access to admin systems is restricted to authorised personnel.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing contact@breakthroughcareer.in. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
