Career MOT™ is a paid diagnostic assessment that evaluates your career positioning, marketability, and interview readiness. It produces an AI-generated report with scores and recommendations. It is not a job guarantee, placement service, or legal advice.

The standard fee is ₹499 per assessment unless a valid coupon applies. Payments are processed via Razorpay. Because report generation begins after you submit your assessment, refunds are generally not offered once the form is completed — contact us if you believe a technical error occurred.

Reports are generated automatically after form submission. Delivery times may vary. If admin review is enabled, your report may be held until approved by our team. You will receive email notification when your report is ready.

Career MOT™, report templates, and platform content are owned by Breakthrough Careers. You receive a personal licence to use your report for your own career development. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the platform or reports.

Career MOT provides guidance based on the information you supply and AI analysis. Breakthrough Careers is not liable for hiring outcomes, salary negotiations, or decisions you make based on the report. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
